Kelvin test
It is a method to determine the finite change of resistance through high-resolution measurement. Kelvin probe can eliminate or greatly reduce the influence of contact resistance through precise electrical contact with current carrying elements or test points, so as to achieve more accurate measurement. This is particularly important when dealing with low millivolt reference voltages for high current testing
